Community Framework

For community institutions and the school districts they support who are collaborating to develop a system of Linked Learning pathways, this publication provides the knowledge base needed to understand the processes for supporting such a partnership. The Quality Criteria that make up the Framework describe the outcomes of the partnership-building work.
